Testimony: To increase its operational efficiency, La Capitale General Insurance was required to enhance the productivity of its WFM team so that it could dedicate most of its work time to long-term planning, schedule management and demand and results analysis. LOEM's objective was to recover 20% of the WFM team's time, the equivalent of one day/week.

LOEM met with the La Capitale General Insurance executives, resources from the WFM team and Contact Center managers. New processes were implemented for the management team and WFM resources to minimize e-mail correspondence and enhance the communication process.

A typical work schedule was implemented for WFM team resources.
Efficient trend charts were created to optimize resource time.
